Get help with permissions, restrictions, or data stored by MadeTime.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of the problem. Do not send health records, passwords, or other sensitive data.

Permissions

Screen Time access enables restrictions. Apple Health access enables step rewards. Remove Screen Time access from MadeTime Settings. To change Health access, open the Health app, tap Summary, tap your picture or initials, then tap Apps, MadeTime, and Steps.

Remove restrictions

Use “Turn Off All Restrictions” in MadeTime Settings to restore access without deleting your configuration.

Delete local data

Use “Delete All MadeTime Data” to remove the app’s local data and restrictions. Screen Time and Health permissions remain separate controls; manage them using the instructions above.
